Acacia's honey

Acacia honey is obtained from Robinia pseudoacacia, commonly called Acacia, a plant very widespread throughout Italy, in the hilly areas. It blooms in May and is a very important nectariferous source for bees. The climatic conditions of recent years have not been favorable for the production of this increasingly rare honey.

Production Period and Zone : May - Abruzzo

Use at the table : its characteristic very delicate flavor makes it excellent as table honey and as a natural sweetener.
